1. Giving Back
I have made a commitment to help support my favorite charity by donating 5% of ALL sales. Have you heard of The Shine Project? It's the greatest! When you purchase from The Blue Eyed Owl, a portion of that will be going towards great projects and college scholarships!
2. Accessible Vintage
I have a passion for vintage and believe it should be affordable and accessible for all because it's just so freaking cool. You will notice that my prices are a bit easier on the wallet than last year. After countless hours of research on pricing and best practices, I've found there is a way for me to make a profit, and for you to add amazing vintage items to your home, collection, or wardrobe at a price you can afford. Which brings me to the next big change...
3. No Fear Fashion
Do you love vintage fashion but are afraid of purchasing vintage online because you are worried about the fit? You can measure all you want but sometimes the item arrives and it's just not working. Well, unlike most vintage shops on Etsy, I will now accept returns on vintage fashion items! So, if you order a cute dress from me and it's too baggy, you can get your money back (minus shipping costs). All you have to do is shoot me a message and ship the item back. As soon as I receive it, I will issue a refund through Pay Pal. I hope this takes some of the fear out of buying vintage clothing online!
4. Smart Shipping
Nobody likes to pay shipping and of course the post office just raised the rates. I've made an effort to minimize the impact this has on your internet shopping pleasure ;) All accessories & jewelry items have a low shipping rate and are ALWAYS shipped free with another purchase.
